Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026
Everpree Pty Ltd (ABN 12 156 498 396) (“Everpree”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we handle it, and the rights you have over it.
This policy applies to everpree.com and any enquiries, forms, email or SMS communications you have with us through the site. It is written to meet our obligations under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Where you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or a jurisdiction with its own privacy laws (such as New Zealand or California), additional rights described below may apply to you.
Who we are
Everpree Pty Ltd is the entity responsible for the personal information collected through this site (the data controller, for the purposes of the GDPR and UK GDPR).
- Entity: Everpree Pty Ltd
- Location: Newcastle, NSW, Australia
- Contact: digital@everpree.com
What we collect
We collect personal information in a few ways:
Information you give us directly. When you complete a form, email us, or message us, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, the organisation you work for, and the content of your message or enquiry.
SMS communications. If you opt in to SMS contact, we collect your phone number and the content of messages exchanged with you.
Information collected automatically. When you use the site, we collect basic technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, and only to the extent you have consented (see Cookies and tracking below).
We do not deliberately collect sensitive information (such as health, racial, political or religious information). Please do not send us sensitive information through the site.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- respond to your enquiries and provide the information or resources you request;
- communicate with you about our services, including by email and SMS where you have agreed to this;
- operate, maintain and improve the site;
- measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising, where you have consented;
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
For visitors in the EEA or UK, our legal bases for processing are: your consent (for analytics, marketing cookies and marketing communications), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (responding to enquiries), and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business (where these are not overridden by your rights).
Marketing and SMS consent
We will only send you marketing emails or SMS messages if you have given us consent to do so. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out of marketing does not stop us from sending you operational messages directly related to an enquiry or engagement.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:
Essential cookies keep the site working (security, basic navigation, and remembering your cookie choice). These cannot be switched off.
Analytics and marketing cookies help us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. These run only with your consent.
When you first visit, non-essential cookies are switched off by default. We use Google Consent Mode, so nothing analytics or marketing related runs until you accept through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the link.
The third-party tools we use for analytics and marketing include:
- Google Tag Manager — manages the tags that load the tools below. Tags fire only after you consent.
- Google Analytics — understands how visitors use the site.
- Google Ads — measures the performance of our Google advertising and supports remarketing.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures the performance of our advertising on Meta platforms and supports remarketing.
These providers may set their own cookies and process data on their own infrastructure, which may be located outside Australia (including in the United States). Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
Our CRM and how your enquiry data is handled
We use Go High Level (HighLevel Inc.) as our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. When you complete a form, email us, or exchange SMS messages with us, that information is stored and managed in Go High Level.
Go High Level is a United States–based platform, which means your personal information may be stored and processed outside Australia. By submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge this cross-border handling. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled securely and consistently with this policy. For visitors in the EEA or UK, transfers of personal data to the United States are made on the basis of appropriate safeguards as required by the GDPR and UK GDPR.
Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your personal information to:
- service providers who help us operate our business and this site (such as our CRM, email, hosting and analytics providers listed above);
- advertising partners (Google and Meta) for measurement and remarketing, where you have consented;
- professional advisers, or where we are required or authorised by law to do so.
We share data with advertising partners only for measurement and remarketing, and only where you have consented through the cookie banner. Some laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) treat this kind of sharing as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. If you are in California, the EEA or the UK, you can opt out of this at any time by rejecting marketing cookies through .
Cross-border disclosure
As described above, some of the providers we use store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in accordance with this policy and applicable privacy law.
How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this policy, after which it is deleted or de-identified. The period depends on the nature of the information and our legal obligations.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to it;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
- withdraw your consent to marketing or to non-essential cookies at any time;
- ask us to delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To make any of these requests, email us at digital@everpree.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with our legal obligations.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first at digital@everpree.com so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au. Visitors in other jurisdictions may also contact their local privacy regulator.
